2. Cancellation Policy

Once a recharge or bill payment transaction has been successfully initiated and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Users are advised to verify all details before proceeding with the transaction.

In cases where a transaction remains pending due to technical issues or service provider delays, the transaction status will be updated automatically once the issue is resolved.

If an incorrect mobile number, DTH subscriber ID, or bill payment details have been entered by the user, ZEST PAY SOLUTIONS PVT LTD will not be responsible for any losses incurred, and no cancellation or refund will be possible.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in cases where the transaction fails, but the amount has been deducted from the user’s account.

Users must report transaction failures within 48 hours by contacting our support team with transaction details.

If the transaction amount has already been credited to the respective service provider, no refund will be possible.

Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment source within 7-10 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway processes.

ZEST PAY SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
