ZEST PAY SOLUTIONS PVT LTD facilitates online prepaid mobile recharge, DTH recharge, and bill payments for various utility services. We act as a platform connecting users with service providers to ensure smooth and secure transactions. However, we are not responsible for any service-related issues arising from the respective network or utility provider.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information while availing of our services.
  • It is the user's responsibility to check transaction details before confirming payment.
  • ZEST PAY SOLUTIONS PVT LTD will not be liable for recharges or payments made to incorrect numbers/accounts due to user error.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All payments made through our platform are processed securely.
  • In case of failed transactions where money has been deducted but services are not provided, users must report the issue within 48 hours.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the policies of the respective service provider.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZEST PAY SOLUTIONS PVT LTD shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of business, or financial losses due to transaction failures, delays, or service disruptions beyond our control.

6. Amendments and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services post-modification implies acceptance of the updated terms. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services in case of non-compliance with these terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
